  • Duration of the cooking test: 4 hours and 30 minutes. 
  • Duration of the restaurant test: 2 hours and 30 minutes. 
  • Selection for the final by jury based on registration file. 
  • Dish and dessert on a specified theme for the chef. 
  • 7 workshops in the restaurant for the service test. 
  • "Gui Gedda" Trophy for the best chef. 
  • "Michel Widehem" Trophy for the best in service.
