Toque d’Or is an official magazine of Académie Nationale de Cuisine. The latest issues are available publicly to download.

The Académie Nationale de Cuisine simply wishes to propagate a certain professional identity through this magazine, to spread the authenticity of French cuisine in order to spread its international reputation.

You will find reports on products and craftsmen, trade fairs, competitions, news from our delegations, recipes...

You did not receive your copy of the Magazine? Here are some possible reasons:

Certainly, because you are not yet an active member of the association and your official induction has not yet taken place! But if you are an active member, there are many other possibilities depending on your status:

1 - The national office is not aware of your existence and induction!
It is quite possible, inadvertently, through negligence or forgetfulness, that your regional delegation has not gone through the progressive steps established in the statutes of the national association. If this is the case, make yourself known quickly to the national office that will manage your file, specifying the day of your induction (before 2025), copy of your diploma received, proof of payment of the induction kit, proof of payment of the membership fee, by email: interdelegation@a-n-c.fr

Without receipt of these elements, you are not considered an active member and you are prohibited to wear the logo, medal, pin of the Académie Nationale de Cuisine, to participate in events or to communicate under this affiliation.

2 – The National Board notes that you have not paid your membership fee for more than two years and therefore it considers in accordance with the statutes, that you no longer wish to be part of the association, which is your freedom.
You have been unsubscribed logically.

It is the Treasurer France who sends the calls for annual membership fees via the assoconnect.com platform.In accordance with the statutes voted on January 24, 2025, it is no longer up to the delegations to collect the contributions, but only the Treasurer France.Please notify without delay by Email: interdelegation@a-n-c.fr

Pending regularization, you are not allowed to wear the logo, medal, pin of the Académie Nationale de Cuisine, to participate in events or to communicate under this affiliation.

3 - The National Office notes that you have not paid your membership fee for more than two years, whereas for you this has been done and the situation is not logical.

4 – Your status is up to date, you just forgot to notify the national office of your change of email address! 
 All the members of the Académie Nationale de Cuisine, training establishments, young people, partners, culinary associations, journalists are intended to learn more about the activities of ANC.
