A RECOGNITION OF COMPETENCE AND PASSION
The Academy is open to all professionals in the food industry, trainers and gastronomy enthusiasts.
Upon proposal, every candidate entering the Academy must present an application file and be sponsored by 2 confirmed members of the A. N.C. attesting to his professionalism.
