FRANCE AND INTERNATIONAL

Department, region, international, well-defined roles in the 2025 statutes.

These roles are appointed by the Board of Directors on the proposal of the National Office or the Presidency or the Inter-Delegation and by letter of assignment and only to active.

Regional or International Director:

is responsible for leading its territory or country, managing its departmental delegates, and meeting the obligations set out in its mission letter. All Directors have the same duties as all active members, including paying a full membership fee.

Department delegate :

Is assigned by the Regional or International Administrator or the National Office, is responsible for managing the activities of the region, for all the meetings and all duties determined in the mission letter, signed by the President.

Regional Delegations in France:

Regional Delegations are determined and assigned by the National Board of Directors, confirmed by the President, and the Committee of the Inter-Delegations.

For international delegations:

Depending on the country, the management of an international delegation must be in agreement in principle with the National Board of Directors and must respect the conditions of membership for its active members. It will have to provide its accounting statement, an up-to-date list of its members' dues one month before each National Ordinary General Assembly.

A delegation may be dissolved by decision of the Board of Directors in the event of proven mismanagement, respect for operation or dissemination of an image that is detrimental to the association.

Redefined statutes of Académie Nationale de Cuisine were voted for by all members at the General Assembly in July 2025 in Lyon.
