The management and protection of your personal data (GDPR)

The National Academy of Cooking (ANC) association is concerned about respecting your privacy and the protection of your personal data. The Académie Nationale de Cuisine (ANC) association has updated its Personal Data Protection Policy in accordance with the applicable regulations and in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, relating to information technology, files and freedoms.

Purpose: the purpose of the processing.

What data is collected?

Identification data: surname, first name, IP address. Contact data: email address, postal address, telephone number. Data relating to interactions between the customer and the ANC association: cookies, customer journey, member journeys, contact reports, our social media pages, telephone interviews, emails, interviews, telephone conversations. Data relating to the processing of emails and communications addressed to you, such as the date, time of receipt of emails, of their opening, as well as information regarding your interactions with the content transmitted.

What is the use of the data collected?
